Plenty of ways to lose weight!

Hi my name is Drew Matthews and i had a problem with being over weight. I tried a lot of easy ways like pills, surgery, T.V.diet programs.They either didn't work or made me unhealthy afterwards.then one day my friend told me just to not eat certain things, be active and find ways that aren't so easy to lose weight and I'll stay healthy. So i looked online and found healthy wasy to lose weight; By eating better and doing fun activities that keep me active and lost 80 pounds in 5 mounths.

It took me awhile, but it was a lot easier then it sounds or looks. I'm about 160 pounds now and i feel good! Look good and i stay that way by staying active and eating healthy. I know there a lot of people that went through the same things i did. With the satification i got with my results i decided to make this blog to help others by first letting everyone know you can do it, second give them the tools that helped me.
